On 04 September 2020, at the Palace of Culture in Tirana, AIDA PPs hold the Kick-off meeting.

All the representatives of the partners and some guests participate in the meeting.

In the presence of many stakeholders and many young Albanian artists, Salvatore Tramacere of the LP Koreja of Lecce (Italy), Jonida Beqo of the Qendra Kulturore Tirana (Albania), Sandro Arco of the Molise Culture Foundation of Campobasso (Italy) and Elvir Zeçeviq of the Lika Foundation of Ulcjni ​​(Montenegro) tell about the AIDA project, its objectives and aims, the partnership network, the will to overcome the difficulties that the pandemic situation is creating, adapting the work and finding suitable solutions.

Valuable followings are the interviews of the Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj who openly declares his enthusiasm for the AIDA project and for the cultural repercussions it brings with it, and Dr. Alessandra Bertini Malgarini, director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Tirana.

This kick off moment is very important for each project partner and for the interested parties present. It improves the feeling of trust within the partnership and in the environments in which the Project will develop its activities. It promotes mutual understanding of the team and potential collaborators. It helps the team, but also the other stakeholders, to become aware of the objectives of the Project, also in its challenges, methodologies, procedures, work plans, risks, such as the unpredictable pandemic.
